A wonderful birthday dinner and the genuine warmth and service from the owner/manager and the waitress was amazing. We ordered some pita bread with dips; the pita bread was superb … the share plates we ordered were the spanakopita; the saganaki ; dolamdes were all excellent and catered to our vegetarian requirements. Washed down with a Greek wine and a sour cherry soft drink! The Greek salt and even the Greek soap in the washrooms made the experience very authentic!

Authentic and satisfying Greek food in Sydney. The oven saganaki and prawn saganaki with tomato + feta were standouts! We also really enjoyed talking to Angelo the manager who was really friendly and made an extra effort to look after us. The chicken skewers were nicely cooked, but they could’ve been a bit juicier. Overall though, a great experience and I recommend 3 Olives to anyone in the area looking for authentic Greek food.

After decades of operation, the owners of this restaurant retired about a year ago, and a completely new restaurant with the same name occupied the same premises. The food remains fabulous and cheap. We shared dips with bread and several skewers from the tapas menu and paid only $56 for a filling meal for two. The drinks left a lot to be desired; I asked for the Greek Gin (a standout appeal on the menu) and my partner for lemon, lime, and bitters. They were out of the gin, and also the bitters. Time to amend the menu or go shopping! The verandah and sidewalk seating is marvellous.

The food here is absolutely delicious—full of flavor and generously portioned, so you’ll never leave hungry. The owner is incredibly friendly and genuine, which makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell they really care about both the food and the people. Highly recommend stopping by if you're after hearty meals and heartfelt hospitality!
