Absolutely unforgettable New Yearโs Eve experience We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Agora Sydney on New Yearโs Eve, and it was nothing short of exceptional. We enjoyed the five-course set menu, and every single course was outstanding โ beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. Truly one of the best Greek dining experiences weโve had. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. The interior design is stylish yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. It felt festive without being overwhelming โ just right for celebrating New Yearโs Eve. A special mention goes to our server Adela , who did an amazing job throughout the night. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel genuinely looked after without ever being intrusive. Her service elevated the entire experience. From the food to the ambiance to the service, everything was on point. If youโre looking for authentic, high-quality Greek cuisine in Sydney โ especially for a special occasion โ Agora is an absolute must. Weโll definitely be back.
Delicious food, very fresh and arranged on plates with artistic touch - grilled eggplant superb, a must choice highly recommended. Staff very friendly and professional - all together creating pleasant atmosphere to dine and celebrate (it was our anniversary). We will be back!
We had a splendid time at Ahgora for our NYE Dinner! Adela took such good care of us and the dishes exceeded our expectations. The place had a charming atmosphere! Highly recommend going there to indulge a course menu!
We had such a wonderful evening dining at this hidden gem. We sat outside with the beautiful fairy lights. To eat, we ordered two serves of Pita, one with tzatziki and another with Taramosalata. We shared the halloumi and ricotta ravioli, the Slow roasted Lamb, and the roasted potatoes with garlic sauce. All the food was absolutely incredible and full of flavour. Definitely worth taking yourself out as this is not something you can whip up at home! To drink, I had a lychee martini and a mojito! Both were great, but I can confidently say it was the best lychee martini I have had in a very long time!! Also I think itโs important to note the variety on the menu, super accommodating for vegetarians/vegans and those who are gluten free. Service was just as impressive as the food. Special mention to Yanni who was our server and incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will be back!! Highly recommend!
The food is nice but lacks something to be outstanding. Every dish was good but not something I would die for to eat again. The grilled octopus was cold when served; the tomato sauce was too one-dimensional. The place looks nice, we always wanted to come here. But then some tables are too close to each other, some tables are a bit wobbly, kind of taking away from the relaxing experience.
