The most magical, dining experience in the South East! Sumak is a gorgeous family run, Middle Eastern restaurant. Run by an absolutely amazing mother and her two sons along with their other staff it was the most fantastic dining experience and opportunity ever! The food was cooked and spiced to perfection, you could feel the love it was made with in every mouthful. The service was even more amazing than the food, which seems impossible given that the food was to die for! But from the moment you arrive you are greeted warmly and are made to feel right a home. Sumak's ability to make you feel like you are a welcome addition in their large, wholesome loving family is the cherry on top. The outdoor dining is relaxed and so pleasant that you won't want to leave. I know, that I didn't. We will definitely be going back!

Absolute standout in Kelvin Grove Village! Sumak Kebabs is hands down one of the best food spots in Kelvin Grove Village. The kebabs are packed with flavour, perfectly seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients every time. The meat is juicy, the bread is soft, and the sauces are next-level — you can tell real care goes into every order. Portion sizes are generous, prices are fair, and the service is always friendly and quick. Whether you’re grabbing a late-night feed or a proper meal, this place never disappoints. Easily a go-to spot — highly recommend to anyone in the area. 🔥🌯

Got recommended to come down here from the boys at Bens and I was like originally this was called Kebab O Clock so I was confused about the change. But oh boy what a change!!!! Absolute 11/10 with their flavour, homemade pide, sauces and dessert. I'm so happy a place like this is around me and thank you so much Helen for such an experience. If you treat random people like royalty all the time you will be a rocking success. Thank you so much.

I’ve never written a review before, but my experience at Sumak was so good I couldn’t not share it. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. We had so much food, but my absolute favourite was the mixed grill! Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care! The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s great to see a family-run restaurant that takes so much pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Sumak to anyone looking for authentic, fresh, and tasty food!

Now my new favourite middle eastern spot in Brisbane! Generous portions for good prices, food is always delicious and well presented. But the main thing - THE SERVICE! Always feel so welcomed by Helen and her team, they make us wanna come back again and again.
