This is now my favourite. Food superb, service friendly and good, beautiful decor and lovely looking over the lake. We eat out a lot and so happy to have found this restaurant โค๏ธ
Location is gorgeous. Possibly the best breakfast Iโve had, ever. My mum and I halved the breakfast bruschetta (mumโs fav) and the granola bowl (my fav). Iโve been craving the granola for weeks!
Extremely disappointed! We have been to this restaurant many times, and in the past we have always enjoyed it very much. We took friends last night and assumed it would be a similar experience. Either the restaurant is under new ownership or the owners have decided to drastically change things since we last dined here. The menu no longer has the selection it had in the past. The true tapas feeling it had has gone. My husband had calamari for entree. Something he orders a lot and it was definitely below expectations. My prawn entree was quite nice, however my main course lamb was lacking flavour and the dish was bolstered up with potatoes. My husband had what was supposed to be Angus steak. It was tough and stringy and drowned in Jus that made it look more like grandmaโs roast beef. We shared a dessert. The dessert itself wasnโt too bad, but presentation was lacklustre, and for $22 for a piece of pie, I would expect way more for the money, overall, this restaurant is on the high price side of things. Considering that, the high prices of eating out these days, we will be spending our hard earned money elsewhere.
Absolutely phenomenal everything. The cocktails were so so so delicious, the food was delicious and the view of the little beach here was also delicious. Tried out the lunch special Souvlaki, the 1/2 chicken and seafood grill and honestly couldn't pick a favourite. The chicken was super juicy and marinated to perfection and the sea food grill was just a jaw drop seeing it hit the table. Overall faultless dining experience praises all around.
Lovely spot on Lake Kawana. Access by the bike/walking path or via road. A real attempt has been made to make this a cool Mediterranean-style eatery. Greek style food but with pizza๐. Reasonable menu but not great for vegetarians/vegans. Limited options there. Good wine and cocktail list. Different seating selections from outside, bar and indoors. Staff are very friendly and offer good service. However our food arrived before our drinks.... We had margarita pizza and fries. We sat outside as we had a dog with us. There was a breeze so the food got cold really quickly which was disappointing, also I think they rushed things an bought the food out before it had reached ideal temperature. There was way too much cheese on the pizza for my liking and as it cooled it lost appeal. The pizza base was really nice though. It's a really nice spot to sit and have an afternoon drink and I would go back more because of the location that the food.
